Before diving into the warming holiday flavors of December, I took this morning to dust off the cobwebs after last week’s indulgences – Thanksgiving of course, leftovers included, and lots of ice cream – and started the day with this reliable smoothie. Add the following to the blender for a filling and delicious antioxidant breakfast:
– 1 Cup frozen cherries
– 1/2 Cup frozen blueberries
– 1/2 Cup frozen mango
– 1/4 Cup vanilla yogurt
– 1/3 Cup plain Greek yogurt
– Splash of Coconut Water
Blend to your desired consistency. Add any topping you like (in my case, that’s Summit Day Granola!)
